Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3-5 Business days for your order to process.

Most of our tanks are made at the time an order is placed.

We work quickly to make your product in a timely manner. On few occasions your order may be further delayed due to a plant shut down or holiday.

SHIPPING: All shipping charges are F.O.B. our plant. All domestic and foreign orders will be shipped U.P.S. ground if ordered from the website. You may call or e-mail your order directly to us to request that we send your order by USPS ( United States Postal Service. Rates vary widely so please e-mail or call first! Please call for rates or if you require special shipping needs.

DELIVERY: Whenever possible, all orders will be shipped the following day after it was ordered. In the event that an item is not in stock, we will make every effort to ensure your package will be shipped the next available business day. Special orders or colors may take up to 1 week to accommodate.  IF YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL SHIPPING OR AIR SERVICES, PLEASE CALL YOUR ORDER IN (1-800-232-2002)

FREIGHT DAMAGE CLAIMS: Title of merchandise passes to the customer on delivery to the common carrier. Delivery of the merchandise, in good condition, is the responsibility of the carrier. All claims for damage or shortage should be made with the carrier directly.

RETURNS: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES INVOLVED IN THE RETURN /EXCHANGE PROCESS. Due to the overwhelming amount of aftermarket parts available for motorcycles and ATV’s, Clarke Mfg. will not be held responsible for conflict arising with the fitment of our tanks with other after market products. This includes but is not limited to: STEERING STABILIZERS, EXHAUST PIPES, HANDLE BARS, RACING FENDERS, ETC. There are NO returns after 30 days. Returns will only be accepted under the guarantee listed below. Exchanges may be made at our discretion. ALL returns or exchanges must have a return authorization number. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER: Before returning any item, the customer must call to obtain a return authorization number. All returned items must be accompanied by an original invoice, an R.A.#, and a detailed letter explaining the reason for the return. We will refuse to accept any return without an R.A.# legibly and plainly written on the OUTSIDE of the return box. ALL returns for a refund must be received in original and resell-able condition, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse it. All returns are subject to a restock fee up to 20%.
