I made a mistake in ordering this gas cap, it did not fit my gas tank. I should have taken the time to measure the existing cap and compare the size listed under additional information. I did not do this because the under “description” it stated “Fit Most Clarke Tanks”. So the low rating only because it did not fit and I was unhappy that two plastic Clarke gas caps failed in a month. The gas cap looks okay but since it did not fit I will be am returning it.
